Disappointed this time, excessive rain caused course to be closed and then two of the pools were closed due to lack of chlorine, (thanks state inspections), bathrooms are aging and need attention. Clerbrook needs some good qualified employees and a little extra money from corporate to turn this place around, ironically we were looking into buying a place in here but realizing anyone can move in decided an occasional visit is better.
This is a great Park if you're in to golfing. The park has a lot of seasonal or year-round residents. The motorhome parking was easy. Amenities were okay. I don't golf, so I can't speak for the golf course it looks nice. I did run into a psycho woman, who had a breakdown because I took her clothes out of dryers to use them. She did not like retirees in park. Complained that she lived it park, had nobody to watch her kids, and all the retirees did was golf all day. She told me to go F**k myself for taking her laundry out of machines, as she cannot do laundry and take care of her kids at same time. Glad she was not armed. Some people, who live in these parks year round, think they own the park, or have more rights then others.
I stayed with my family one weekend. This place was very quiet and clean, the residents that live there are super friendly. The golf course was in good shape.it is a nice relaxing place to spend some time at
Definitely glad we chose this place, it is very homey, lots of accommodations, friendly neighbors and staff. Lots of Wildlife and very quiet which is exactly what we were looking for! Highly recommended for a short stay or a long stay!
If looking for rv park we enjoyed our visit lots of things to do lots of fun very large sites great place to visit has nice pools and golf also
