One yoga is a wonderful studio. All the teachers are amazing and they have classes several times a day for all different levels. The best stress relief you can find is at One Yoga and Fitness. I highly recommend this studio!
I love One Yoga. I started practicing yoga early in 2017 and found this studio in Nov. It's not near my house, but I don't mind the 25 minute drive to attend the classes there. The atmosphere is fantastic, my other classes are in a room at a gym but this is a real yoga studio. You feel it the moment you walk in the door.I have attended all types of classes including Yin, Slow Flow, Warm Power Yoga and TRX. I also attended a special 2 hour workshop in December. Each instructor brings something new to each class. They are all positive, and encouraging and I'm so happy I found this studio.I've brought a few friends with me and they now understand my willingness to drive 50 minutes round trip to attend class here.
I'm a snowbird and have been practicing at One Yoga for several months every winter for about five years. Over the time this has become my yoga "home", welcoming me back every year with love. I have seen the many ways Gina works intentionally to build a true community, with personal attention to every new and continuing student. Her attitude of caring is reflected by all the instructors. You can see the results in the warm, welcoming atmosphere of the classes. The teaching is excellent and the range of classes and other services is great. But it's the personal connection that makes One Yoga feel like home.
I always leave One Yoga & Fitness feeling taller, stronger, more centered, and peaceful. It's always a treat to myself to join them for anyone of their many different classes and/or special events they offer. I've seen them grow into larger and larger spaces and yet they keep that intimate feeling. From the owner to all the instructors they get to know your name, and really work with you and what works best for you. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They are the best in the area.
One Yoga is the best yoga studio I have ever been to! I have been going to the studio since it opened and I have gotten to know so many nice people, both instructors and fellow yogis. I absolutely love the variety of classes they have, you can get a workout in a power class or you can go for a mellow meditation in a yin class so it is perfect for everyone! The owner of the studio, Gina, loves her students and makes everyone feel welcomed. This studio is truly like a family!
