Awesome workout. I usually burn 600 to 700 calories in each class. The trainers are encouraging and make the class challenging but fun.
I joined because I like the environment, small business great owners. Fun workout. Something different.
CKO Kickboxing Clermont is amazing! I just participated in their 6 week challenge and lost over 20 lbs!! All their instructors are awesome at motivating you to do the best you can without judgment. If you want to go to a gym where you can shed pounds while having fun and making friends, this is the place! 10/10!!
