This ownership community deserves a look from two perspectives. First, if you are considering owning a RV/park home site in the area, you really need to look at this one. As are many, this community has been developed in several phases and is a bit unique in that it is not just another cookie cutter park with every lot looking the same. There are some streets that bear the familiar RV park look to some degree, and other streets with lots shaped & developed. You see that a majority of the owners take great pride in their property. As a short-term renter, we visited some friends and were fortunate to rent a lot right next door. This particular lot is still owned by the developer, and thus is for sale. Paved in beautiful stones, it is deep, wide & level with utilities intelligently placed. Every park has a challenge or two... and here we found the WiFi unusable, cable TV that requires a converter box (we didn't do it), and the pool was closed for repairs. At nearly $90/night, I'm not sure we received a good value.
This place is terrible to its neighborhood guestsSecurity will throw you out if you are visiting a guest inside. Dont stay here
I visited a friend here Friday and was very impressed of the properties and amenities. The people were very friendly and very patriotic. Hope to move here soon.

It's a nice quiet area. The houses are lovely and spacious. Close to grocery and other stores. Close to Disney without being directly in it.
