Cheryl was very knowledgeable about our HOA and did an excellent job of keeping us up to date on the selling of our house. Cheryl was a delight to work with and is very personable with a great attitude toward her job. These are the attributes I had heard prior to our decision to list and they sure turned out to be true. We won't hesitate to look Cheryl up again when we decide to purchase again. I highly recommend Cheryl to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in central Florida. Cheryl at Bardell was so amazing to work with. We live out of state and I was handling my mothers estate so lots of emails text messages and phone calls Cheryl always kept me in the loop. She worked hard and she was very upbeat and answered my calls immediately.
