So mad! Got my amazon packages delivered by an Amazon driver no problem, but the one that was sent via USPS - says it was delivered on the front porch - nope. And it's not in the woods where it was last time either.

Impossible to get through, I believe they don't want to be called and leave the phone off the hook. We constantly have problems with Saturday deliveries. We are open limited hours on Saturdays. If there is a Saturday delivery of a package the carrier simply says delivered, even when it has not been. Very very frustrating. Worst service we have ever encountered with a delivery service.
My personal mail hasn't been coming to my house both mine and my son's birthday cards never made it.i called and spoke to the supervisor a week ago, who informed me that the post master wasn't in but took down my information to call me back. It's been a week and no call back. I've been calling all morning to a busy signal all morning. This is a serious matter that someone is stealing my mail and no one has gotten back to me. I live in a gated community and have a secured mail box so the only people who can access my mail are me with the key or the mail person putting the mail in. This is horrible and I'm very upset that my 3 year old son's birthday cards have gotten taken. This is not the first time this has happened either.
If could give a 0 star I would. First time I order something that doesnt come from Amazon and these people messed up. According to them my address was incorrect/incomplete (which I checked thinking I made a mistake but no, everything was right), and they decided to send my packages back to the shipper! I have never had any problems with my mail until now. Called them 1,000 times just to get the busy line tone. Horrible!!
