Good quality service and sushi with a wide variety of sushi and hot plates! The overall atmosphere of this restaurant feels a little dated which is mostly due to how little it's changed over the years. I must be honest in that service from management has gone down over the years we recently had to have an encounter with the owner after discovering hair in our food and we were not met with a pleasant interaction and if you plan to order take out sushi do not order hot food with it and even then you might get warm sushi. If you take away the bad the sushi itself is actually really good it may be inconsistent at times as I've noticed sushi chefs do come and go from this place and in terms of hot food there's not much to complain about the hot food I have not had any problems with my personal favorite being the crispy beef! The only thing I wish they added back was this seasoning they used to put on the white rice it was extremely delicious and I very much miss it. It's also a welcome addition that the tables also have salt and pepper shakers it's a small thing to do but it's nice for certain foods that you don't have to ask your server for it since it's on the table.
I liked this place (which is an hour from home) so much the first time I came back again the following week... The staff is very friendly. Sushi made to perfection... If you're not sure if you will like sushi, try the #Firecracker its deep fried yumminess... The Sushi Chef even sings...
Yummy and very good service! We had a party of 5 and all the dishes had come out in a reasonable time frame! The Sushi was good, and the dishes were fresh and made to order! We have very the waiter was very kind and attentive as well. He crispy beef is very good , and intereting. Never had beef served that way before, very light and crunchy! The spice levels were not exactly as much as expected but was good. He chili shrimp was also very good, and has interesting fried sweet potato as a side. Overall I enjoyed the dining experience and would love to come again !
Delicious food prepared to order. Waitress was excellent. A tasty start to a fun evening with good friends.
The food was fresh and the wait staff was very attentive. I had the general Tso's chicken which was delicious, fresh and flavorful compared to Chinese takeout places. They also have a good selection of Asian and domestic beers as well as sake and wine. The sushi was also delicious and very fresh. Compared to other restaurants this was a great place that I would go back to again in the future for sure.
