Treat employees with respect. If there is one employee who is verbally abusive that person should be fired if they choose to not change. Do not allow verbal abuse or any kind of abuse in your workplace. Write them up or have them take some special kind of training to learn how to act like a decent human being.

My wife was hospitalized in Jacksonville, Florida and when she was discharged we could not find her iPhone which she had had in the room. Apparently it had gotten dropped into the bed linens and taken with the laundry. I used the locate my phone feature and it showed it in Clermont Florida at a laundry! Clermont is 162 miles from Jacksonville. I called this morning and the answering service directed my call to emergency laundry services and Cathy answered. Within 5 minutes she had called me back from my wife's iPhone, which an employee had found and turned in. Cathy is shipping the phone back to me today. I offered a reward but she would not accept it. This was an expensive Christmas present I had bought my wife this past Christmas and my wife is very ill and the phone has personal photos on it, etc. I cannot believe we are getting it back. Thank you, Cathy!
I will never work here again. I was treated fairly until this one ghetto girl started calling me all types of B**chs. The other young ladies said she had been cursing them all day. The supervisor stated she has issues to just ignore her. I can not and will not work under such abuse. I was even threatened. I drove 45 mins to work for this company And to be treated like a dog is unacceptable. I have never been talked down too so bad on any job in my entire life. Overall the other staff Seemed nice. I'm just shocked that the supervisor would allow such sickening behavior from his staff. For those of you who don't mind being degraded it's a perfect place to work
