Actually... your agent sent the quote to some other e-mail address you had on file, (not mine) and certainly not the one I used to email you. You also said he called me, which he never did. When I brought this to your attention, I heard nothing for 4 days. Then, when he finally did he email me he forgot to attach the quotes. I have all the emails to prove this. So you're excuses are without merit. I'm sure you guys are good, you have lots of good reviews... but you completely blew it with me. And now, especially with your excuses and blame casting I strongly recommend avoiding you.
